Decorator and specialist paint 24-year-old house, Matt Topham, and his wife, Cassey, won the lottery for 45 million pounds. Same with all the other lottery winner, the pair soon spend a lot of money to invest and buy property as well as other purposes. However, one particular thing, Matt and Cassey not just buying a house.
Matt and Cassey specifically designed their eco-friendly dream home in Nottinghamshire, England. A newly married couple is planning to build a house worth 5 million pounds.
The eco-friendly house will they named Serenity. This house will have a billiards room, fitness centre, Jacuzzi, fully equipped with good acoustics, as well as rooms for the staff.
This home is very different from their old homes in Stapleford for 89,950 pounds. This futuristic property has four “wings” or hubs, each hub blanketed solar panels and green grass around there.
In particular, this home is designed for couples avoid “get rich quick” from the curious eyes. After winning the Euromillions lottery in February 2012, Matt Topham held a press conference.
“I often paint the big houses of this kind, and I imagine what it was like living in the house. Now, I can figure it out,” said Matt.
Before building a new home, the couple must first destroy a mansion in the 1930s. After that, they can build a new home this incredible, complete with an underground garage and a huge waterfall.
The waterfall using rainwater in ponds in the middle of the house. Matt Topham directly involved in the design process of new homes that are oversized. In essence, Matt and Cassey do not want to live in a glass box.
They really wanted a contemporary design but “friendly”, flexible for the whole family, luxury, eco-friendly, and fun. The fourth home hub will each have their usefulness. The hub will be used as an entertaining hub, one for family, one for the game, and another is a pavilion.
As reported by www.dailymail.co.uk, the Topham family wishes turned out very much. They want an underground garage for ten cars, resembling cave pool with Jacuzzi, good spaces, complete with a sophisticated security system surveillance system, solar panels on the roof tiles floating, five bedrooms, landscaped gardens, jogging paths, space playground, fitness centre, winding staircase, a music room, den, citrus orchards, small maze, and features other environmentally friendly features.
